Terms of Service
Effective October 22, 2026 · version 2026-10-22
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of claimpixels.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of blocks on the ClaimPixels wall (the “Service”). The Site is operated by Furvexo LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By visiting the Site, reserving a block, or paying for a block, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.
2. Who may use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- If you buy on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.
- The Service is intended for business and promotional purposes. It is not offered to consumers for personal, household or family use (see section 18 for mandatory consumer rights).
- You may not use the Service if you are subject to U.S. sanctions or located in a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. embargo, or if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
3. The Service
The wall is a grid of one million pixels sold in blocks of 10×10 pixels or multiples of them. A block entitles you to have your image and link displayed at the position you selected, for the period described in section 11.
- A block is a display placement. It is not ownership of the wall, of any pixel as property, of a domain name, or of any financial instrument, security or investment. Blocks have no guaranteed resale or future value.
- We do not promise traffic, clicks, impressions, search-engine ranking, sales or any other result.
- Once a block is live, its position and size do not change. We may change how the wall is rendered (for example, layout, zoom or loading behavior) as long as relative positions are preserved.
- We may add, change or remove features of the Site at any time.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Price per pixel increases in steps as the wall fills, as described on the Pricing page. The price displayed when you reserve a block is the price you pay for that reservation. We may change prices for future purchases at any time.
- Payment is made once, by card, through our payment processor Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the displayed amount. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Prices do not include taxes, duties or levies unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase (including VAT or GST, which in some jurisdictions you may need to self-assess). Where the law requires us to collect tax, we will show it before you pay.
- Your bank or card issuer may charge fees or apply exchange rates; those are outside our control.
- If a payment fails, is reversed or is disputed, we may release the reservation, remove the block, or suspend the related content.
- If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us at billing@claimpixels.com, we may treat the dispute as a breach of these Terms, remove the block, and, to the extent permitted by law, recover dispute fees and costs we incur.
5. Reservations
When you select an area and submit your details, we hold that area for you for 15 minutes so you can pay. A hold is not a purchase. Areas are allocated first come, first served.
If your hold expires before payment completes, the area may be given to someone else. If you pay after your hold has expired and the area is no longer available, we will refund you in full.
6. Review and approval
Every image, title, description and link is reviewed by a person before it goes live. We may approve it, reject it, or ask you to change it. We aim to review within 24 hours, but this is a target, not a guarantee.
We may reject any submission at our sole discretion, including for reasons not listed in these Terms. If we reject a block before it goes live, you will be refunded in full under the Refund Policy.
7. Your content and the licence you give us
“Your Content” means the image, title, description, link and any other material you submit. You keep ownership of Your Content.
- You confirm that you own Your Content or have all rights, licences, consents and permissions needed to submit and display it, including consent from any person who is identifiable in it.
- Your Content must not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other right of any person, and must comply with all applicable laws.
- Your Content and the page your link leads to must be accurate and must not mislead people about what they will find there.
- The destination of your link must stay lawful and consistent with what we approved. Replacing the destination with prohibited content after approval is a breach of these Terms.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, copy, resize, re-encode, display and distribute Your Content on the wall, your profile page, the directory, search-engine results and social previews of those pages, and in screenshots or other depictions of the wall used to describe or promote ClaimPixels. This licence lasts while your block is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, legal compliance and archival of the wall.
8. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not submit, or link to, content that:
- is pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploits or endangers minors (we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities);
- promotes hate, harassment, threats, violence or self-harm, or discriminates against people based on protected characteristics;
- offers or promotes illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit or stolen goods, and unlawful gambling;
- is fraudulent, deceptive or a scam, including phishing, impersonation, fake giveaways, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, “guaranteed returns”, and unlicensed financial, investment or crypto-asset offerings;
- contains or leads to malware, unwanted downloads, cryptojacking, or deceptive redirects;
- makes false or unsubstantiated health, medical or income claims;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, or publishes private information about others;
- misleads people into thinking it comes from ClaimPixels or from another person or organization; or
- is otherwise unlawful, or in our reasonable judgment harmful to visitors, to the Site, or to our reputation.
You also may not: circumvent or manipulate our review (for example, by changing a link’s destination after approval); interfere with or overload the Site; scan it for vulnerabilities without our written permission; bypass rate limits or security measures; scrape the Site in bulk or copy it to build a competing service; or use the Site to violate any law.
9. Links and third-party sites
Links on the wall and on profile pages are paid placements and are marked rel=“nofollow sponsored”. We do not endorse, control or take responsibility for any linked website, product or service. You follow links at your own risk. We may check destinations from time to time and may remove a block whose destination breaks these Terms.
10. Removal, changes and enforcement
- We may remove or disable any block, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or the law, if we receive a valid legal request or infringement notice, if it creates a security or reputational risk, if a payment is reversed or disputed, or if its link destination changes to something we would not have approved.
- If we remove a block because of your breach, you are not entitled to a refund. If we remove a block for reasons not caused by you, we will refund what you paid (see the Refund Policy).
- Each block includes one free change of image or link. Changes are reviewed like new submissions. We may decline further changes or charge for them.
- We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who repeatedly or seriously breaches these Terms.
11. Duration and discontinuation
Your block stays on the wall for as long as ClaimPixels remains online. If we decide to shut the Site down, we will give at least 90 days’ notice on the home page. We have no obligation to operate the Site indefinitely, and a shutdown on that notice is not a breach of these Terms.
Blocks may not be resold, transferred or assigned without our written consent. Write to us if you need to transfer a block to another company.
12. Delivery
ClaimPixels is a digital service. Your block is delivered when it goes live on the wall, normally within 24 hours of payment once your image and link have been reviewed.
13. Our intellectual property
The Site, its design, code, text, graphics and the ClaimPixels name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you no right to use them except to use the Service as intended. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of them to you.
14. Copyright and other complaints
If you believe a block infringes your rights or breaks these Terms, follow the process on our Report page or write to report@claimpixels.com. We respond to valid notices, may remove the content, and may share the notice with the block owner. We may terminate the access of people who repeatedly infringe.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these Terms.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and the Service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, that it will be free of errors or harmful components, or that using it will produce any business result.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our members, managers, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site or the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the block that gave rise to the claim and (b) US$100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
18. Business use and consumer rights
The Service is sold to businesses. If, despite this, you are a consumer in a place where mandatory consumer law applies (for example the EU or UK), that law still applies to you, and nothing in these Terms limits it.
Until your block has been approved and is live, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund by writing to billing@claimpixels.com. By requesting that we start performing the Service once your content is approved, and by accepting delivery when your block goes live, you acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Furvexo LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, the website your link points to, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, the law or any third-party right.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting a formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If it is not resolved, the state and federal courts located in New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court. Mandatory consumer rights to bring claims in your country of residence are not affected.
21. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of internet, hosting, payment or other third-party services, power failures, labor disputes, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, or cyber attacks.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page. For material changes we will post a notice on the home page. Changes apply to purchases made after they take effect. For blocks you have already bought, the Terms you accepted at purchase continue to apply, except where a change is required by law or is clearly in your favor.
23. General
- These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is replaced by the closest enforceable one.
- Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale of the business or reorganization.
- We may give you notices by email to the address you provided or by posting on the Site. You may write to us at the addresses below.
- You consent to receive notices and records electronically, and agree that accepting these Terms at checkout and paying is a valid electronic signature.
- These Terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience only.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7, 10, 13, 16, 17, 19 and 20) will survive.
