Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026 · version 2026-10-22
1. Who we are
ClaimPixels (claimpixels.com) is operated by Furvexo LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (United States). Furvexo LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@claimpixels.com.
2. What we collect
- Order details you give us: email address, the image, title, description and link for your block, the position and size you chose, and anything you write to us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, a payment reference and timestamps. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Click and view counts: when a visitor clicks a block, or a block scrolls into view, we add one to that block's daily counter. IP addresses are used only briefly to limit abuse and are not stored with the count.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps, collected by our hosting and security systems to deliver the Site, prevent abuse and rate-limit requests.
- Analytics, only if you accept: usage data collected through Google Analytics cookies (pages viewed, approximate location, device). Analytics does not run unless you choose “Accept”.
- Administrator sign-in data: used only by our own staff to review submissions.
3. Why we use it, and our legal bases
- To take and deliver your order, review your content, issue receipts and refunds, and communicate about your block. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms and moderate content. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in running a safe service.
- To keep accounting and tax records and answer legal requests. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To measure how the Site is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects. Review of submissions is carried out by people.
4. What is public
The image, title, description and link of a live block are public. They appear on the wall, your profile page and the directory, and can be indexed by search engines and copied by others. Once published, we cannot control copies held by third parties. Your email address is never shown publicly.
5. Who we share data with
We use service providers (“processors”) who handle data on our behalf, only to provide their services:
- Stripe, for payment processing and fraud prevention;
- Supabase, for our database and image storage;
- Vercel, for hosting and delivery of the Site;
- Google, for business email (Google Workspace) and, if you consent, Google Analytics;
- providers of transactional email, if and when we send order emails.
We also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect rights, safety and security, to our professional advisers, and to a successor if the business is sold or reorganized. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers operate in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, your data may be transferred outside those regions. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms used by our providers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require. Content of live blocks stays while the block is live, and may remain in backups for a limited time afterwards. Reservations that are never paid expire automatically and are removed from time to time.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not use advertising cookies. If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, Google Analytics cookies are set. If you click “Decline”, they are not. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage. You can change it by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. Our administrators use a sign-in cookie that is not set for ordinary visitors.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, you may request to know what we hold, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email support@claimpixels.com from the address you used for your order. We may need to verify your identity, and will respond within the time required by law (generally 30 to 45 days). Some data we must keep for legal reasons, and we cannot remove content that has already been copied by others.
10. Children
The Site is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and a payment processor certified to PCI standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
12. Third-party sites
Links on the wall lead to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; read their policies.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date is shown at the top. For material changes we will post a notice on the home page.
