Report a block or copyright notice
Report content that breaks our rules
Email report@claimpixels.com with the position of the block on the wall (or its profile address), what is wrong, and how to reach you. We review reports promptly and remove blocks that violate the Terms. For anything urgent or illegal (for example, child sexual abuse material), say so in the subject line.
Copyright infringement notices
If you believe a block infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
- your name, address, email and phone number, and a physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the location of the allegedly infringing material (the block’s position or profile URL);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We may remove or disable the content, and we may forward your notice, including your contact details, to the person who submitted it. Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for damages.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake, send us a counter-notice with your contact details and signature, the location of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of your district. If the original complainant does not tell us they have started a court action within a reasonable time, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate people who are repeatedly the subject of valid infringement notices.
Other rights
For trademark, privacy, defamation or other complaints, email the same address with details of the right you believe is affected. We assess each complaint individually.
