FAQ

How do I get a block?

Drag a rectangle on the free area of the wall, upload your image, add your link, title and email, then pay by card. Your block is held for 15 minutes while you pay.

How long does my block stay?

As long as ClaimPixels is online. If we ever shut down, we will announce it on the home page at least 90 days ahead.

What happens after I pay?

We review every image and link, usually within 24 hours. Once approved it goes live on the wall and gets its own profile page. If it can't be approved, you get a full refund.

What size and format should my image be?

PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF up to 1 MB (GIFs show their first frame). We crop it to fit your block and store it at 2x resolution, so a wide logo on a wide block looks best.

Is the price locked when I reserve?

Yes. The price you see when you reserve is the price you pay, for the 15 minutes your block is held. Prices rise as the wall fills, in steps every 10% sold.

What can't go on the wall?

Adult content, scams, malware, hate, illegal goods, and anything that infringes someone else's rights. We reject first and refund in full.

Can I change my image or link later?

Yes, one free change per block. Write to support@claimpixels.com from the email you paid with.

Is the link good for SEO?

Links are marked nofollow sponsored, as search engines require for paid placement. You are buying visibility and a place on the wall, not link juice.

Can I buy several blocks, or a big one?

Yes. Select any rectangle of free cells, from 10×10 up to the whole wall. Bigger rectangles cost the sum of their pixels at the current price tier.

Do I get a receipt?

Stripe emails you a receipt right after payment. If you need an invoice made out to your company, write to billing@claimpixels.com.
