What is a digital memory wall?

A digital memory wall is a shared online place where people leave small, personal marks: a photo, a few lines, a date. Each one is tiny. Together they make something you can walk through.
How it differs from other places
- Social media is a stream: things scroll away. A memory wall is a place: each item keeps its own spot.
- A guestbook collects messages for one person or event. A wall collects many unrelated people's moments.
- A memorial site is built around one person. A wall is general: anniversaries, graduations, friendships and tributes can share it.
How it would work on ClaimPixels
You choose a rectangle on the same wall of one million pixels, add a photo, a short message of up to 300 characters, a category and an optional date. The memory opens on its own page. It is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
Public means public
Anything on the wall can be seen by anyone. We ask search engines not to list memory pages, but we cannot control copies. A wall is a place to leave something you are happy to share, not a private vault.
Care for people in it
A good memory wall asks for consent from the people in the photo, handles children's images with great care, keeps private details out, and treats tributes with respect. We build those checks into the form and the review. Memories on ClaimPixels are not open yet, because we are finishing a legal review before taking personal orders.
What it is not
It is not an archive, a backup, or a promise of forever. Keep your originals. A wall adds a public, shareable trace on top of them.
