How to choose your block size (and what 10×10 really looks like)

A 10×10 block is only 100 pixels. That is cheap, and it is also tiny. Here is how to pick a size that shows your brand properly.
Think in shapes, not just sizes
Most logos are wide. A wordmark is often about three times wider than it is tall. A block that matches that shape, such as 90×30 or 150×50, shows your logo without cropping. A square block crops a wide logo or leaves empty space.
We scale your image to fit the block and crop the overflow, so match the shape of your image to the shape of your block before you upload.
Sizes and what they cost
At the first price tier ($0.10 per pixel):
- 10×10 (100 px): $10. A dot. Good for an icon or a symbolic spot, not for a readable logo.
- 20×20 (400 px): $40. A small square icon.
- 50×20 (1,000 px): $100. A short wordmark.
- 100×50 (5,000 px): $500. A clear logo with room for a tagline.
Prices rise as the wall fills, so check the live price on the wall. You can always see the exact total before you pay.
Make the image work at small sizes
- Use a simple logo with strong contrast. Fine detail disappears at this scale.
- Avoid small text. If it is not readable at the size of your block, leave it out.
- A transparent background works well on the white wall.
- Keep the file under 1 MB. PNG, JPG, WebP and GIF are accepted (GIFs show their first frame).
Pick a spot
Every position on the wall is visible, but positions near other brands get more visual context. Tap a free spot, then use the Size and Move arrows to fine-tune. You see your image in place before you pay.
